Customer Service Representative - CSR

Company seeking a dependable full-time CSR with a string work ethic that can communicate and relate well with others and work as a part of a team.

Must have effective organizational skills, computer skills and communication skills (verbal, listening, & written).

Must also have High school Diploma or GED, 3 years experience and be able to pass Drug Screenings!

Primary Responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls/inquires from customers regarding services, products billing and others general customer service inquiries. Complete data entry daily input the operating system. Assist with accounts receivable collection efforts by contracting customers via phone, email or mail. Communicate with other company personnel regarding customer's requests or concerns.
