ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Assists with data gathering and metric reporting for Proposal Operations teams. 

    * Using a proposal management system and content database, prepares draft proposal documents and responses to requests for information. 

    * Completes budget creation as needed.

    * Maintains data integrity and consistency, including product entry and file uploads to CRM tool.

    * Assists with pricing tool testing as part of the development life cycle, as needed.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Participates in departmental meetings. 

    * Interacts with Business Development, Project Management, and Sales Associates in order to complete new project and Change Order estimates and budgets.

    * Performs other duties, assignments, or special projects as needed.

 QUALIFICATIONS 

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

    * Must have strong attention to detail with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

    * Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite minimum).

    * Exceptional organizational skills.

    * Excellent communication with the ability to work as a part of a team as well as individual contributor. 

    Education:

    * Pursuit of Bachelor s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. However, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered.  

    Experience:

    * Experience in fast-paced environment with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed is considered a plus.
