Wesley Village is currently hiring a Maintenance Assistant for a Full-Time Day and Part Time Weekend opportunities.

What will I do?

• Ensures that maintenance schedules or instructions are followed as outline
• Performs routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways such as cutting/trimming lawns, sweeping, shoveling, plowing, etc
• Performs routine maintenance on buildings and equipment in areas of plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical
• Replaces light bulbs including exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, etc
• Services heating and cooling units/systems
• May perform janitorial functions such as mopping/cleaning surfaces, emptying garbage/recyclable containers, etc
• Performs unscheduled maintenance tasks as direct

What do I need for this role?

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• One or more years of related experience or training in one or more of the following trades:
  • Carpentry
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Masonry

• Current and valid PA Drivers License required
