Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage flow of documents for litigation cases
  • Maintain the confidentiality of Baker Tilly and its clients
  • Act with the highest business ethics
  • Provide advanced administrative services – data entry, document production, document downloads, inventory and organization of engagement information
  • Examine and analyze business records; prepare analyses as directed by managers,
  • Manage client relationship
    • Maintain positive client communications
    • Act as liaison to client and engagement team
    • Assist team leader in researching and providing additional services to client
    • Adheres to time budgets
    • Work with Team members to efficiently deliver client services

Qualifications

 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and client focused skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication a must
  • Associates degree required, Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of prior document management and accounting experience, required
  • Prior experience as Legal Assistant, preferred
  • Ability to use and operate a wide variety of office automation equipment and related software, including spreadsheet applications, database management, record storage and retrieval systems, and word processing, required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, preferred
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize and solve practical problem, a must
