Marketing Assistant- Pottsville. PA or Allentown, PA
We have a career opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to be based out of either our Pottsville, PA or Allentown,PA office. The successful candidate will assist in marketing-related activities within the company's Mid-AtlanticRegion. Strong graphic design capabilities are an important part of this position, as this person will be required to assist with the design of proposals, marketing brochures, advertisements, etc. This person must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration with other marketingand technical staff is a large part of this role.It's a fast-paced, deadline-driven job that will have you working on something different every day.

The Impact You Will Have:
Assist with marketing efforts for the region
Collaborate with technical staff on proposal strategy and production
Assist with pursuit research to support business development efforts
Contribute to the production of presentations, flyers, events, advertisements and any other marketing collateral needed
Maintain current marketing assets filing system
Maintain and update information in Deltek CRM database
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications, English, or related field preferred
Strong graphic design capabilities. Must be experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
Strong technical writing skills
Excellent communication and client relation skills.
Strong organization skills
Accustomed to working in a team environment on challenging projects
Ability to work independently and develop tasks in a complete and reviewable manner
Demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Office products
Knowledge ofDeltek Vision a plus
