Equipment Rental Industry experience preferred but employer is willing to Train.  This position is responsible for the professional and efficient servicing of all walk-in and telephone customers in the rental and sale of construction/industrial equipment and store items. This position is considered the Company's front line contact with the customer. Persons occupying this position must display a courteous, helpful and professional attitude at all times.  Must have a Valid Driver's License and Solid Computer Skills.

MUST HAVE:

Valid Driver's License and Strong Telephone Problem Solving Skills.

Comprehensive Knowledge of Construction Equipment.

Customer Service Aptitude.

Effective Written and Oral Communication Skills.

Solid Computer Skills.

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Must be physically able to work in a jobsite environment for extensive periods to include lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, squatting, crouching and reaching.

Full-time employment which will include some night and weekend work.
