We are looking for energetic, service minded, customer care professionals who are goal oriented to work in either our Wilkes-Barre or Bethlehem Pennsylvania or San Marcos, Texas office.

In the this Commercial Universal Agent role the primary duties will include the following:

Answer Sales, General, Billing, and Technical support questions from Commercial and Small Business customers in the following areas:- Cable Television * Cable Modem * Web Hosting Products * High Speed Data, Domain Name System (DNS). Send Tier 2 tickets via Bolt for Telephone Circuits (VOIP, and SIP), DIA circuits, and Hosted Voice Track, monitor, and work tickets in a fast-paced, customer proactive environment.

Customer service experience required.

Ability to work in a Team Environment.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Respond to customer inquiries and problems on new technology products and services. Educates customers on the functionality of the products as they relate to their specific configuration

Acts as a product consultant and informs customers about the features and benefits of our products and services

Leverages all calls for sales opportunities that meet customer needs.

Must possess a good command of the terminology and confident demeanor

Ability to multi-task is essential

Attention to detail

Ability to work at least one weekend day, evenings and some holidays.

Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office proficiency is required

Must possess a can do attitude

Ability to work with limited direction is essential

Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time

Strong sense of urgency and purpose

HS Diploma or equivalent required

This position can be work from home or on-site.

Additional Work-from-Home Requirements:

Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours.

Internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC.

Astound will provide all computer equipment.

Your desktop work surface must have room for 2 PC monitors.

In the event of disruptions resulting in a poor Internet connection or in-home disruption, you will be required to work from the office.

You will be required to sign a written form to acknowledge these work-from-home requirements.

Must have a personal cell phone to install a security application.
