MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Deliver product within a specific geographic area, some two day runs required.
Most drivers will work a four day work week.
Arrange the delivery of returned goods.
Develop a relationship with Back Door Receivers.
Many retailers can be COD so accurate accounting of checks or cash is required.
Driving safety as well as customer service will be equally important in this position.
Work is conducted in company provided trucks and trailers, warehouse facilities and at the customer’s locations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
1-2 years of driving experience.
Must have valid Driver’s license.
Ability to use box cutters, pushcarts and dollies safely.
Ability to work independently.
Attention to detail.
Responsible, reliable and dependable work habits a must.
Must be able to lift and move cartons up to 60lbs throughout the course of a normal and/or extended shift.
Ability to work in extended hours and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
