Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Our products are all custom and manufactured in our building, so we get to see our concepts come to life on a daily basis.

We are seeking a full time, hands on Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform the necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure in top working order in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the upkeep of machinery, equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

· Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

· Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

· Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

· Order and replace broken parts or equipment

· Maintain a clean and a safe work space

· Perform other duties, as assigned

· Manage outside contractors- Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.

· Must have a general working knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC and basic tool use.

· Must have previous knowledge of hands on machine repair and maintenance.

· Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to manage and prioritize work orders

· Valid Driver's License

· Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the team

· Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
