Quality Control Manager - Modular Manufacturing

An established modular commercial building company and modular manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to be a contributor to the overall success of the company. Ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of how to work in a team environment and maintain the high quality standards of company management. Have attention to every detail in modular construction process. This position will answer to the senior management of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with stringent quality requirements
• Conduct detailed daily production line inspections
• Produce detailed reports in electronic format 
• Adhere to and enforce a comprehensive Company Quality Control Program
• Prepare submittals for and work with third-party and government inspectors
• Perform preparatory reviews and meetings
• Prepare Quality Control punch lists and coordinate punch list completion
• Label management and preparation

Ideal Candidate will have through knowledge of the following:

• International Building Codes and Certifications
• International Residential Codes and Certification
• International Commercial Codes and Certification
• International Plumbing Codes
• International Electrical Codes
• Above average of building construction
• Ability to be problem solver
• Clear understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
