People Resourcing Specialist I

Job Responsibilities:
* Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers
o Ensure stakeholders (HR/Managers) are informed of recruiting status in a timely manner
o Actively source for candidates through all channels available
o Build talent pipelines for roles within scope
o Develop and execute recruitment plans for open roles within scope
o Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
* Provide recruitment training to hiring managers
* Support in other team activities when needed
Job Requirements:
* Ability to develop and forge relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service for recruitment
* Process driven and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
* Proficiency in Office 365
Scope:
* Support Entry level & some experienced production recruitment activities, as needed
* Participate on projects
