DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Lead the development and implementation of clinical and educational activities for an assigned geographical territory

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Provide guidance to the Pride and Quantum Sales teams to grow business

*Develop and maintain strong presentation skills on all Pride and Quantum-related product lines

*Educate and support the Sales teams by implementing tools to penetrate non-traditional referral sources

*Support the Pride and Quantum Regional Managers by assessing how Inside and Outside Sales compare against the competition

*Work with the Director, Clinical Education to develop an annual plan for all educational opportunities and develop course materials for target facilities within the territory

*Work with the Clinical Development Task team to develop and implement presentations and materials for the annual activities

*Participate in writing opportunities within industry publications and trade journals representing Pride and Quantum

*Support the Pride and Quantum Leadership teams by providing education, training, and guidance to increase the effectiveness of the Sales team in each region's top facilities and referral sources

*Provide education, training, and guidance to field and inside sales staff to attain the next level of knowledge in all product categories

*Work with Pride and Quantum Regional Managers to assist with developing product, process, and clinical training programs for the Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well providers and facilities throughout the territory

*Participate in the development of all training videos for continuing education in the field

*Work closely with Director, Clinical Education and Pride and Quantum Leadership teams on areas in need of improvement regarding territory development

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

*Assign, train, and develop consultants based on experience and departmental goals

*Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Develop a "Strong 2nd" for your area of responsibility

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Guide, direct, and motivate staff

*Travel 2 weeks a month along with spending 2-3 days at Corporate Facility every 8-10 weeks

*Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.

Must have:

*Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

*Excellent web navigation skills

*Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

*Basic working knowledge of third-party payor and self-funding procedures preferred

*Extensive product knowledge, particularly as it relates to order configuration preferred

*Basic familiarity with complex rehab patients as well as conditions and required fittings knowledge preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 4 years of direct, in-person experience in the field of Seating and Wheeled Mobility

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED

*ATP and SMS Certification or eligible to sit for the SMS exam within 1 year of starting the Clinical Education Manager role

PREFERRED EDUCATION

*Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field preferred

*Clinical training preferred
