Small business needs two people to perform office clerical tasks.  Must have good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.  Thorough knowledge of Excel is a must.  Starting rate is $15.50/hour with wage going up to $16.50/hour after 30 days.  Duties:   Answer telephones, greet visitors, operate office equipment, type shipping labels, pay bills, prepare invoices, complete product spreadsheets to submit to customers, and order supplies. Data entry and knowledge of QuickBooks helpful.  Day shift positions.  Full-time with benefits.  Must have good communication skills and be professional.
