Job Responsibilities:

•           Hold maintenance personnel accountable for overall work output and quality.

•           Facilitate efficient pass-down process across all shifts within maintenance

•           Recommend and assist with implementation of new capital equipment

•           Ensuring all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines

•           Forecasting, ordering and price negotiation for spare parts inventory

•           Oversee implementation of JDE Maintenance and Spare Parts Systems

•           Track line OEE and Downtime to improve overall output and line efficiencies

•           Propose new capital projects and oversee them through implementation including sourcing, vendors/ contractors, timing, budget, etc.

•           Maintain training records for all direct reports

•           Hire and facilitate training of all direct reports

•           Design and implement necessary tooling changes, including technical prints etc using 3D Modeling software

•           Implement and maintain all PM scheduling for process and facility equipment based on OEM recommendations

Key Skills required:

•           Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager

•           Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus

•           Proven track record with demonstrated high levels of personal initiative and self-direction.

•           Good problem-solving skills and root cause analysis experience.

•           Good employee relations skills and team oriented.

•           Excellent written and verbal communications.

•           Manufacturing, 5S, & GMP skill sets preferred.
