Quietflex is seeking a professional skilled individual for our Machine Operator position. This position is responsible for operating machinery equipment in order to perform the assembly of the product (Flexible Duct).   Operator, production line, equipment, manufacturing, fast paced.  2nd, 3rd shifts (3pm to 11:15pm, 11:00pm to 7:15am). Occasional weekends based on business needs. 8-hour shifts.  Current needs are for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

May Include:

• Follow the daily production schedule.
• Inspect the line to verify the raw materials are the correct ones.
• Gather material needed to assemble product.
• Install and adjust machine tooling as required.
• Identify any quality/safety issues of machine and notify leadership.
• Operate equipment at standard specifications and rates that are identified on Spec Sheets.
• Maintain area and keep clean at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Works under direct supervision and follows written/verbal instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Resolves routine questions and problems, refers complex issues to others.
• Demonstrates an awareness of the relative urgency of tasks and responds accordingly.
• Ability to read, write and communicate with the crew chief and supervisor.
• Must have basic Math skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
