Seeking Skilled General Construction Workers with their own transportation and hand tools. Workers will be assigned to a 'punch-out' crew, to perform general duties and repairs during the construction of new homes. Workers will also be utilized on ongoing projects. Work ranges from drywall, paint, trim, touch-ups, cabinet and door adjustments, floor repair and touch up, caulking, and other various duties. Indoor and outdoor work. Workers will be scheduled at various new home construction sites. Usually will be on the same site for a period of time. Sites are spread throughout Montgomery, Lehigh, Bucks and Northampton Counties. Health benefits available at the cost of the employee.

Employees must have dependable transportation and MUST have own working tools. Required tools include but are not limited to, speed square, hammer, circular saw, portable chop / miter saw, air compressor and finish nail guns, pry bars, Spackling tools, level, tape measure, gloves, eye protection, wood chisels, cordless drill, and other necessary hand tools and belts.

General carpentry experience is a plus. We are looking for long term employees.
