Job Description:

• Assistant Warehouse Manager oversee the operation of the warehouse while ensuring the staff follows GMP and safety policies to ship high quality, food products. The incumbent works closely with all departments to maintain and efficient flow of production special with the Warehouse Manager, Production Manager and the Vice President of Operation. Additionally, the Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for a thorough documentation of all orders Create Bill of Ladings, loaded and unloaded trucks.
• Thorough documentation of Quality Assurance related paperwork including but not limited to facility temp log, daily log, and inspection logs. Communication with quality department to take immediate action when necessary to provide a safe product.
• Provides guidance and trains staff for each job station.
• Thorough and accurate tally of product as well as a double check by means of Inventory Management System. Use of custom software to access and use our scanner system.
• Communication with carriers to ensure smooth shipment and receiver of containers. Take corrective action to address mechanic issues or safety hazards with Production Manager and VP of Operation. Other duties as assigned.

           Minimum of an Associate’s Degree. Must be familiar with computers.       

           Must work inside a cooler and must lift 85lb boxes if needed.

Experience:  warehouse supervisor e/o management: 2 years

Hours:    M-F   7:30AM to 4:00PM.       No nights or weekends.
