Collection Support Representative - ADMIN005325-00001

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vector Security is looking for a Collections Support Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position but has great potential for growth. This position is responsible for creating solutions to collect past due payments from customers, assist with general billing questions and providing excellence in customer service. The successful candidate exhibits a positive approach to all situations and remains professional in their interactions with customers. Strong attention to detail is a necessity. Experience in collections is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
*  Directing inbound calls as necessary.
* Taking payments.
* Accurately and promptly document account activity.
* Handle basic account inquiries as related to collections.  
* Complete daily work based on established guidelines.
