Marketplace Manager at Benco Dental

Position Summary:

The Marketplace Manager will create and lead Benco's marketplace strategy, growth, and team. This includes building new processes.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

* Ability to work with vendor partners to identify new sales opportunities, develop promotion programs and create monthly/quarterly/annual advertising campaigns. Ability to gather both internal and external data to gain insights for opportunities to grow market share and improve value to dentist and vendors. Ability to communicate and possess highly effective presentation skills to both internal and external audiences. Able to leverage technology to present product line in the most positive and beneficial light.

* Familiar with agile and other product methodologies. Comfortable with constant change, building and iterating processes regularly. The ability to manage priorities to effectively drive a business when everything is an opportunity.

* Proven experience building and managing a sales (GMV) forecast

* Direct experience with technology platforms, such as Mirakl, Shopify, Salesforce, Commercehub, etc. Experience with e-com data and content that powers a site experience and drives conversion

Recruit and develop strategic partners, key brands, retailers, etc.

Recruit, hire and manage an agile team

Define content strategy with management to ensure growth and key business objectives

Drive business analysis and recommendations to improve the business

Lead content quality and ensure high-level content in our marketplace

Create reports both internally and externally to monitor growth and key metrics, providing visibility to management and sales.

Develop SLA's (service level agreements) for 3rd party vendors who participate on our marketplace

Develop standard ROIs for the marketplace team and vendors

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience, required; preferable experience in marketplace business.

* Experience: Proficiency with making data-driven decisions; proven competency in strategic leadership, organizational agility, cross-functional collaboration, drive for results and written and verbal communications.
