*Employers that do not employ across multiple states may report New Hires via non-electronic mail or fax. Please use the approved Commonwealth New Hire Reporting Form to ensure that your report is processed accurately and timely. Payroll service providers are prohibited from using non-electronic methods to submit their new hires if a client is a multi-state employer.
