The Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources, offered online through Penn state World Campus, is designed for those who wish to learn about human resources from a more quantitative perspective.
Offering two areas of specialization - Human Resources or Labor and Employment Relations – it prepares graduates for various positions in human resources, recruitment, placement management, compensation and benefits, and other labor environments, including positions such as:
