Description of Training Provider

Licensed by the board of Private Licensed Schools, we offer Home Health Aide training as well as Certified Nurse Aide training programs.

Program Description

In this program, participants learn through classroom instruction and hand-on experience the role of a certified nurse aide to prepare for a new career.  Participants learn about working as a certified nurse aide, how to communicate with patients, the rights of patients, how to provide personal care services, how to observe and report health conditions, care for cognitively impaired patients, and more.  After completing training, take the state licensure exam to gain a certification and start working in long-term care facilities, hospitals, home health care, and hospice settings. This program has 100 hours of instruction.
