Experience: Must be 21 years of age, have one year of experience transporting individuals with special mobility needs and one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.  Drivers with CDL endorsement would be a plus but not required.
 
Eligibility for Employment:  Must meet eligibility requirements to work in a Medicare/Medicaid environment including criminal background and other eligibility clearances, clearance for communicable diseases and all required immunization must be current.
 
General Responsibilities
 
Under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, is responsible for the direct transportation of participants to and from their destinations.  Position requires constant interaction with family and/or caregivers and community agencies.
