The Warehouse Associate works in all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and put away of customer product; picking, packing and shipping customer orders; inventory and replenishment; and general warehouse housekeeping duties.
Essential Functions:
Receiving Operations including:

Receive, unpack, verify and record incoming materials
-
Put away materials into proper locations
Record all information, quantities and locations accurately
-
Pick orders as directed on Pick Sheet, per customer specifications.

Perform quality inspection of orders picked.
- Pack and/or palletize picked orders.
Shipping Operations including:
-
Assemble, address, label, and ship materials according to client specifications
-
Determine best way to ship client parcels
- Coordinate with parcel carriers to arrange pickup of materials
Warehouse Operations including:
-
Perform assembly projects as directed by supervisor

Move product, perform replenishment, accurately record locations
-
Conduct periodic cycle counts, monitor and maintain accurate inventory records as directed by supervisor

Notify the of inventory discrepancies

Operate powered equipment to load, unload, transport and stack material (Operators must be trained and certified to operate equipment)
Ensure proper product, equipment and material handling including:

Communicate with appropriate supervisor or Account Management if there are any issues or discrepancies.

Ensure the proper use, storage and handling of products and materials in adherence to company procedures and practices.

Understand and adhere strictly to worker’s safety practices, and the proper use of all equipment.

Maintain the quality and integrity of products and materials.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Record all information properly.
- Maintain clean work areas; break down boxes as needed.

Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and company processes and forms in the English language.
- Ability to effectively speak and ask questions in English and understand verbal instructions in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
