Duties and Responsibilities 

Assemble product according to Standard Work documentation instruction 

Report to department on time daily 

Follow all quality standards  

Perform routine quality checks before, during and after each job 

Perform routine operator PM daily, weekly and monthly checks before start of shift 

Meet daily productivity and efficiency standards/expectations 

Follow all safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment 

Verify license plate with BOM, ICP and work order number 

Maintain cleanliness and workstation organization 

Able to communicate effectively with team and supervisors for example quality and safety issues 

Ability to remain focused in fast paced environment 

Adapt & act quickly (various product numbers) 

Strong hand-eye coordination 

Strong background in teamwork 

Self-motivated
